"The Claddagh"

The Claddagh design dates to the 1600's and is

attributed to a goldsmith in Galway named

Richard Joyce. The hands symbolize friendship, the

Crown is loyalty, and the Heart is love.

"Trinity Knot"

A trinity knot is always done with a definate

three cornered design. The earliest designs

seemed to show a connection between man,

his spiritually, and his environment. Later it

came to mean the "Holy Trinity" of God the

father, son, and holy spirit.
